The Role
The Engineering Manager plays a critical role in shaping, supporting, and enabling high-performing engineering teams within Zinkworks. This role ensures that employees are supported in their growth, client delivery is executed to a high standard, and organisational values and ways of working are consistently championed. The Engineering Manager is pivotal in fostering employee wellbeing, driving retention and "Building a Community where people can grow and be at their best".
