OverviewWe are looking to recruit an experienced Retail Supervisor for our Gorey Store. This is a full time role where the successful candidate must be fully flexible, enjoy a very fast paced environment, good with people and passionate about retail.ResponsibilitiesDelivering a fantastic customer service experience to every customerMaximising sales in your storeMotivate and support the team to ensure consistently high standards are maintainedDeputising for the store manager in their absenceSupporting & Assisting the Management team in the day to day running of StoreTaking pride in making sure the store is always looking amazing and well merchandisedProcessing deliveries, replenishing stock quickly and keeping the store immaculately cleanEnsuring compliance with all legislation applicable to our industryMaintain accurate store stock levels and stock holding through Stock Management systemsDrive sales opportunities within each department as requiredAbility to carry out seasonal and promotional changes as directedDemonstrating excellent product knowledge in line with training and self-learningWilling to flexible and take on additional tasks and assist in the execution of new projectsMaintain a professional positive ‘can do’ attitude at all timesFollow and implement all Company Policies and Procedures to help drive the businessFollow and carryout Store Cash Management and back office processesEnsure store Security and Health & Safety procedures are followed and implemented at all timesAny other duties that may be assigned to you by the manager.Key Skills/Experience requiredGood organisational and planning skillsThe ability to communicate clearly and effectively – both verbally and writtenA good level of computer literacyPositive, Professional and Friendly demeanourAbility to prioritise and put in practice the use of effective time managements skillsLead a team and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standardGood interpersonal, motivational and communication skills to effectively work with the teamMinimum 1-year experience in a similar roleFlexible to support our busiest times which can include weekdays, evenings, weekend work & Public holidaysIdeal candidate will be Hard Working, Enthusiastic and AmbitiousPerks & BenefitsStaff discountFlexible and varied working hoursCycle to work schemeCareer Progression opportunitiesEducation opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Programme20 days holiday
