We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment and will be joining a well-established team, ready to contribute to the ongoing growth of the company.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Administration function
· Working proactively with other team members to ensure customer queries and requests are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
· Deal with day-to-day enquiries via phone, email & socials
· Update systems and data entry
Skills required:
· Strong administrative and organisational skills, proficient in typing and Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat etc.
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills
