We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Cork. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent.
About the Role
* Manage the full recruitment process, including job briefs, candidate attraction, and interviewing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of recruitment efforts
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
* Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques
* A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
