Sales Growth Specialist
The Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for expanding business within the territory—both with existing and new accounts—by deploying targeted sales strategies, building pipelines, and cross-selling between the existing business lines of the P&A offering.
1. This vacancy exists for a Sales Growth Specialist to join the Pricing & Analytics (P&A) sales organization.
2. Drive sales and client growth for P&A propositions in the respective territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities.
3. Meeting or exceeding monthly new business targets and generating new customer leads through cold approaches, social selling, and coordinated campaign outreach.
* Originate new sales in the assigned territory to meet sales quotas and revenue targets for Pricing & Analytics solutions.
* Build and manage a pipeline of new business targets and navigate complex sales cycles.
* Develop client and industry relationships to increase awareness and position of Pricing & Analytics and ICE Data Services to drive growth.
* Collaborate with the wider organization to maximize existing customer relationships, retention, and growth opportunities.
* Contribute to the EMEA growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the territory, including market trends and the competitive landscape.
* Manage forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in quota-bearing roles, including executing complex sales and negotiations.
Experience working in a high-achieving sales environment within the same industry is highly valued.
The Sales Growth Specialist must be able to hunt within the sales territory and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in market data, business, technology, and product management.
Strong IT skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems, are required.
