The position of Technical Advisor is an opportunity to support Liebherr's customer service department in coordinating and delivering technical services.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with sales departments, mixed sales companies, and customers to ensure timely support and quality solutions.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating service and support for full range of products and services from Liebherr Customer Service.
Delivering excellent customer support directly and indirectly through a network of mixed sales companies (MSC) is essential to this role.
Additional responsibilities include providing on-site support in emergency cases, preparing and delivering technical reports on project/jobs completion, training clients/employees/apprentices both on-site/in-house, and liaising with internal departments to eliminate faults and improve products.
Work with our sales department and global network of Mixed Sales Companies (MSC) to promote and develop business opportunities, develop and maintain KPIs/targets, maintain a customer-focused approach, ensure quality, environmental, and Health & Safety standards are always maintained, contribute to Continuous Improvement and Quality Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications

* A third-level qualification in engineering or an applicable trade

* Working knowledge of MS office suite of programs

* Strong communication skills in written/spoken English

* Experience in a similar technical support role

* Knowledge of PLCs and Variable Speed Drives (VSD)
