This reports to Head of Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence, providing solution leadership while driving market growth, service innovation, and team expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentLead ERP solutioning in proposals and bidsIdentify finance transformation opportunities using industry insightsBuild relationships with CFOs, procurement leaders, and programme directorsCapability GrowthDevelop ERP capability uplift plan across Financials, Procurement, and ProjectsMentor consultants and drive certification initiativesSupport recruitment of Finance Cloud expertsOffering & DevelopmentDevelop packaged services like Fusion Financials Rapid AssessmentBuild accelerator assets including CoA design toolkits, workflow templates, test packs, and data modelsStandardize delivery patterns and create reusable configuration blueprintsDelivery OversightProvide architecture oversight on ERP engagementsEnsure quality and manage functional risksSkills & Attributes8+ years Oracle experience; 3+ years with FusionCommercial skills: proposal leadership, scope shaping, solution designDegree in Finance or Business-related disciplineStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesInnovative, agile, purpose-drivenCollaborative team playerTechnology-passionate and client-focusedCandidates must be in Irelands with right to work to be considered for this position.
