About the Role
We're seeking an ambitious and detail-focused Talent & Engagement Specialist to join a dynamic HR team within a regulated financial services environment.
An ideal role for a Talent Acquisition professional with 2–3 years' experience in banking, insurance, or financial services — someone who loves recruitment but is ready to expand their scope into employee engagement and broader HR projects.
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, partner closely with business leaders, and play a key role in delivering meaningful engagement initiatives that help shape culture and performance. There's a clear pathway for progression with this role and it is hybrid
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, from initial briefing to onboarding, ensuring all activity is accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards.
* Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and manage campaign delivery (internal, external, and agency-led).
* Confidently
hold hiring managers accountable
for timely decisions and high-quality processes.
* Ensure all recruitment activity meets the standards expected within a
regulated financial services environment

* Manage agency relationships and report regularly on recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics.
* Continuously review and improve recruitment systems and processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.
Employee Engagement
* Support the delivery and analysis of annual engagement and pulse surveys, turning insights into actionable outcomes.
* Coordinate engagement, DE&I, wellbeing, and recognition programmes, ensuring visibility and participation.
* Partner with HR colleagues on the design and measurement of engagement initiatives, with an eye on ROI and business impact.
Requirements
* 2–3 years' talent acquisition experience coupled with HR experience
* Experience within
financial services, banking, or insurance
is essential — with a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance expectations.
* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
* Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable influencing and holding others accountable.
* Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
* Analytical mindset — confident using data and metrics to inform decisions.
* Ambitious, curious, and eager to grow into a broader HR role.

Salary
€50,000 to €60,000 plus extensive benefits
