About The Role
Banjo’s is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join the Longford team in the following positions:
Bakers Assistant
Apprentice Baker
As part of the Production Team, you’ll be producing wholesome food, handcrafted and baked fresh daily. If you’re a team player who takes pride in their work – we’d love to hear from you!
We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 1am and 5pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day
Work closely with the Production Team to ensure Banjo’s high-quality standards are consistently achieved
Communicate with the Sales Team to keep track of product levels
Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
What We’re Looking For
Confidence, with a positive attitude
You take pride in your work
Experience producing quality baked goods is desirable
Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
A team player, who loves a challenge
Willingness to grow with us
