Retail Pharmacy Manager Opportunity
Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead the front-of-counter retail operation in a busy community pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strong results and providing exceptional customer service.
The Role:
* Manage and support the front-of-counter team, motivating them to achieve outstanding performance and deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience through effective management of retail standards, merchandising, stock control, category management, and cash handling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing promotional activities, maintaining compliance with company policies and SOPs, and ensuring Health & Safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and community care.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Retail Store Manager role, preferably in a pharmacy environment.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
* Commercial focus, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, combined with a passion for customer service and community care.
