Administrative Support Role
We are supporting a client in County Donegal – South West who requires an H.R. Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all relevant documentation is stored safely for payroll purposes
* Answer employee queries regarding hours worked
* Supervise the Time Management System, including set up and reporting
* Provide administrative services such as meeting minutes and disciplinary hearings
* Maintain databases and spreadsheets for payroll reporting
* Manage employee communications
* Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
Required Skills
* Experience supporting H.R./Payroll Officer/Manager with payroll production
* Detailed experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Confidentiality and data protection skills
* Attention to detail and error detection
* Professional communication and approachability
* Bilingualism (Russian) is an asset
Job Details
* Full-time position
* Permanent role
* Salary: €13.50 per hour (negotiable)
* Schedule: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
* On-site parking recommended
