Property Solicitor (34 years PQE) Permanent | Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow Were seeking a talented Property Solicitor to join a respected semi-state organisation, supporting its significant land and property portfolio. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to work on diverse, high-value property matters in a collaborative and professional environment. Reporting to the Conveyancing & Legal Manager, youll be responsible for managing property transactions, providing clear and practical legal advice, and helping deliver on the organisations long-term property strategy. The work is varied, hands-on, and often unique, from dealing with rural and agricultural land to navigating complex title issues. Key Responsibilities: Handle property sales and purchases from initial instruction to registration Prepare and review contracts, transfers, wayleaves, rights of way, licences, and other property documents Undertake title due diligence and resolve complex title issues Advise on a range of property matters including boundary disputes and burdens on the estate Provide legal advice on commercial agreements and forest property acquisitions Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements Liaise with and manage external legal advisers where required About You: Qualified Solicitor with 34 years PQE in Property Law and Conveyancing (experience in rural/agricultural property is a strong advantage) Strong technical conveyancing and drafting skills Confident working independently with a high volume of matters Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Commercial awareness with the ability to give practical, timely advice Comfortable using legal case management systems and reading maps This is a rare chance to work in a permanent, secure role in a semi-state body where your expertise will directly support an organisation with a long-standing connection to Irelands land and forestry.
