Medical Devices Administrator We are seeking an experienced Medical Devices Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for medical administration, stock/inventory management, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with healthcare providers, suppliers, and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, requisitions, and acknowledgements for medical devices, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical equipment and supplies. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating medical device records and databases, monitoring stock levels, and investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies or product issues. In addition to their administrative duties, the successful candidate will support regulatory and quality audits with accurate documentation and reporting. They will also conduct usage and stock analysis, providing regular reports to management. To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, logistics, or medical supply-related role. They must also have excellent MS Office skills and experience with SAP or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
