This position is central to supporting the preparation and management of competitive bids and tenders, ensuring accurate, compelling, and high-quality documentation that drives business growth.The successful candidate will also support marketing and operations, maintain staff CVs, project case studies, and promotional material, while providing operational support to senior management where required. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their career across bids, operations, and marketing in a dynamic consultancy environment.Key Responsibilities:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.Previous experience in bid is desirable but not essential.Experience within construction, engineering, or professional services is advantageous.Basic design/layout skills (e.g. Canva, InDesign) are an advantage.Package:Competitive salary, benefits package, and career growth opportunities within a market-leading consultancy.
