Service Engineer
You will be responsible for responding to breakdown calls and completing planned works on Reverse Vending Machines throughout Ireland. Your role will be driven by contracts and customer requirements, as managed and directed by the Service Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to breakdown calls and efficiently complete planned works as directed by the Service Management/Call Desk daily.
* Perform installation and configuration of new RVMs, including providing comprehensive customer training.
* Participate in the on-call breakdown cover rotation to ensure continuous support for customers.
Requirements:
* Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification or relevant field of study.
* Experience in a Retail support environment preferred but not essential.
* Previous Health & Safety certification (e.g., Safe Pass).

* Ability to work independently and unsupervised while maintaining productivity.
