Responsibilities & Expectations:
The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to good practice regarding hygiene, health & safety regulations (HACCP) at all times meeting legislative requirements. Additionally,
you will assist with record keeping as directed by Catering Manager/Cook. Other duties may also be assigned based on your skills set.
The ideal candidate must have minimum 1 year experience working in kitchens or catering services with excellent communication skills.
