Wicklow, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business that plays a critical role in the distribution of pharmaceutical products to retail and hospital pharmacies across Ireland.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring the highest levels of service and order accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Process and update sales orders accurately and efficiently Liaise with internal teams, particularly the warehouse, to ensure smooth order fulfilment Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation Support ongoing improvements in customer service and administration processes Candidate Profile: A minimum of 3 years experience in a B2 B customer service or administration role Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Previous experience with Sage MMS or a similar ERP/order processing system is a distinct advantage Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive, customer-first attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Skills: B2 B Customer Service
