HR Business Partner
to support their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation and take the lead on delivering people initiatives that truly make an impact.
In this standalone HR role, you will be the primary HR point of contact on-site, working closely with local leadership whilst benefiting from the support of a wider HR function of the parent company.
If successful, you'll own a broad range of responsibilities from recruitment, onboarding and employee relations to driving L&D initiatives, change programmes and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

What you'll do:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting managers in attracting and retaining top talent.
Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
Act as the go-to HR partner for employee queries, offering guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Collaborate with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives that align with company strategy.
Drive learning and development by identifying training needs and managing plans and records.
Oversee HR compliance and administration, including HRIS management, policy reviews, and leave tracking.
Manage payroll inputs and liaise with internal payroll teams to resolve queries.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and systems.
Support and deliver on strategic HR and organisational development projects.
What you'll bring:
Degree-qualified in HR or a related discipline.
At least 4 years' experience in a similar HR generalist or business partner role.
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
A hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong analytical/reporting skills.
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile, and entrepreneurial business environment.
