**Digital Trust and Privacy Specialist Role Overview**
This is a pivotal opportunity to play a leading role in digital regulation for some of the world's top organizations.
As a Senior Manager, you will be expected to lead and develop a team of resources while being involved in the sales process. This includes:
* Leading large and complex digital trust & privacy projects across various industries, areas, and specialisms.
* Nurturing strong client relationships that build trust and grow opportunities.
* Developing market propositions and identifying potential business development opportunities in Data Protection & Privacy, Trustworthy AI, Digital Trust & Safety, Data Governance, Internet Regulations & Data Ethics.
You will also contribute to thought leadership on Digital Trust & Privacy topics and work effectively with diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution. Additionally, you will coach and mentor junior team members, aligning role responsibilities to their own learning objectives and needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. A minimum of a third-level degree in Technology Law, Privacy/Compliance Engineering, Intellectual Property, Trustworthy AI or a related discipline.
2. Extensive consulting or industry-based experience.
3. Experience leading and motivating teams, ensuring best outcomes along with the ability to work effectively within an inclusive team to achieve common goals.
4. Strong knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence techniques, trust by design approaches.
5. Good understanding of TMT and Consumer industry structure and culture.
