Description of Role
We are looking for a full‑time Central Reservations Agent to join the Trigon Hotel Group's Central Reservations Office based in the Cork Airport Hotel in Cork. This role will suit an organised person who enjoys learning and working in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service for clients at enquiry stage and beyond for all properties within Trigon Hotels.
Handle all reservation queries according to the company’s mystery shopper standard, ensuring all relevant questions are asked to capture accurate reservation details.
Contribute to meeting forecasted revenue targets for the organisation as part of a team.
Understand all promotions, packages, and pertinent information to answer guest queries accurately.
Maintain clear and timely communication with hotels and internal stakeholders.
Use Hotel PMS systems efficiently (full training will be provided).
Qualifications
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous experience in a call centre or hotel reservations role.
Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
Organised with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
