We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent graphic design and multimedia skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for creating engaging and stand-out content.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for digital content creation, management, and delivery of high quality visual content across print and digital channels. This includes branding for construction sites, corporate marketing collateral, digital/social media graphics, and internal communications. Experience with WordPress and video editing tools is highly desirable to support content management and multimedia storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Branding:
* Design and produce visual materials for site branding, including hoarding graphics, safety signage, banners, and wayfinding.
* Ensure all branding materials align with company brand guidelines and communicate clearly to site staff, visitors, and the public.
* Create engaging print collateral such as brochures, leaflets, newsletters, case studies, and presentations.
* Design internal communications assets such as posters, notices, and training visuals.
Digital & Social Content:
* Develop engaging social media graphics, infographics, and campaign visuals.
* Design visuals for email newsletters and digital advertising as needed.
* Collaborate with marketing to plan and schedule content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Website & CMS (WordPress):
* Maintain and update content on the company’s WordPress website (e.g. news posts, case studies, project updates).
* Support SEO optimization via metadata and visual content best practices.
* Collaborate on new landing page designs or microsites where necessary.
Video & Multimedia (Desirable):
* Edit and produce short form videos for social media, case studies, and internal use.
* Work with site teams to capture and edit project milestones, site walkthroughs, time-lapses, and testimonials.
* Create motion graphics or animated content using tools like After Effects or similar.
Asset Management & Control:
* Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, fonts, icons, and project visuals.
* Ensure all external and internal communications maintain a consistent brand identity.
* Coordinate with print suppliers to manage production and delivery of signage and print media.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
* 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).
* Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print and digital, including large format graphics.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva and Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
* Familiar with digital design for social media platforms and email marketing.
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Desirable:
* Experience with construction or industrial branding.
* Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
* Motion graphics/animation experience a plus (After Effects, Canva, etc.).
* WordPress CMS experience: uploading content, basic editing, plugins, SEO awareness.
* Photography skills or comfort directing visual shoots on construction sites.
