Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a Finance Associate (Management Accounting) to join our expanding Finance team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious candidate to develop their career in a fast‑growing company. The successful candidate will report to the Group Financial Controller.
Minimum requirements for the role
The ideal candidate will be a part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ATI) or hold a degree in a related field (Business, finance or economics may be considered in lieu of accounting studies).
Prior experience in an accounting role or in the financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, are required. Prior working knowledge of Sage Intacct, Word, Outlook and SharePoint is an advantage.
Role and responsibilities
Work as part of the Financial & Management Accounting team to support the growth of the business.
Prepare monthly management accounts for entities across global locations.
Prepare quarterly group accounts, including full close, consolidation and reporting, ensuring adherence to strict reporting deadlines.
Support reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulated entity board reporting, group investor reporting and financial reporting requirements to regulators.
Build strong relationships with external accountancy firms across various jurisdictions to produce local regulatory accounts.
Coordinate processes, reconciliations and information flow with key internal groups, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and company secretarial.
Support transformation activities within the finance function.
Assist other key functions within the finance team and cover cross‑team duties when required.
