Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure compliance with site safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
* Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor work progress and quality of workmanship.
* Act as a liaison between the contractor, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
* Review project plans and specifications to ensure that all construction activities align with regulatory standards.
* Prepare and maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily reports and photographic evidence of construction progress.
* Identify potential issues and risks during construction and recommend solutions to mitigate problems.
* Assist in managing project budgets and monitor the financial performance of construction activities.
* Participate in site meetings and contribute to discussions on project status and next steps.
Essential Qualifications:
* Possess a relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Demonstrated knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desirable Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects, particularly in healthcare settings.
* Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with current construction management software and tools.
