Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Your primary focus will be on allocating and monitoring daily tasks and workflows across the site, ensuring that planned workloads are achieved within agreed timescales and budgets. You will also be responsible for coordinating the fitting out, refurbishment, and maintenance of modular units to meet customer and business needs.
In this role, you will supervise internal teams, subcontractors, and Chargehands to ensure consistent performance and output. You will motivate, coach, and lead team members to achieve KPIs and project goals, ensuring that skills and labour resources are matched to daily requirements.
You will maintain daily oversight of job costing, stock usage, and productivity measures, ensuring that all work is carried out to agreed specifications and in line with company quality standards. Additionally, you will continuously look for ways to reduce waste, drive efficiencies, and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven supervisory experience in a construction operational environment.
* Strong understanding of modular building assembly, refurbishment, and maintenance.
* Experience managing teams, subcontractors, and site-based operations.
* Demonstrated ability to control costs and manage job allocations to budget.
* Relevant trade background or technical knowledge of modular building systems.
* Familiarity with digital job management systems (e.g., material tracking, work scheduling).
