Kitchen Operations Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our culinary operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing food production and ensuring that it is carried out to the highest standards. You will lead by example in excellent food production and work closely with our senior team to compile creative and innovative menus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety protocols in accordance with our Health and Safety policy.
* Lead by example in excellent food production and assist in the training of existing and new staff in accordance with our standards.
* Maintain a high level of food quality which exceeds guests' expectations with every dish.
* Collaborate with the senior team in the compilation of creative and innovative menus.
* Manage all financial aspects of the kitchen.
* Deliver an excellent standard with the team.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Haccp.
* Financially astute.
* Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
