Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team on a temporary 3-month contract based in Navan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
* Maintain accurate up-to-date records, filing systems, and records (computerised/paper copy).
* Assist in preparing reports as necessary.
* Provide required information and support to Service Managers and teams, clients, patients, members of the public, etc.
* Action all communications in a timely manner.
* Undertake any other administrative support and assignments as directed.
* Maintain own knowledge of relevant employer policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices to perform the role effectively.
* Identify potential problems/inconsistencies in a timely manner and consult with Line Manager as appropriate.
* Actively participate in innovation and support change and improvement initiatives within the service.
* Attend meetings and record minutes as needed.
* Represent the Service in a positive manner.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Familiarity with data management and record-keeping.
