Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices
* Generating payment runs & allocation of payments
* Bank reconciliations
* Supplier account reconciliations
* Preparing weekly management reports - cashflows, gross profit calculations, KPI reports, etc
* Assisting with the preparation of management accounts monthly
* VAT &, PAYE/PRSI returns
* Liaising with external auditors in relation to statutory accounts
What you will need to succeed:
* Experience working within a similar role - 5 years minimum
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to meet weekly/monthly deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
