State Street Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering team is seeking outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communication, and influencing skills. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities within IAM.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As an Application Support Engineer, you will:
1. Demonstrate proven technology expertise in areas including Systems Engineering and the full Software Development Life Cycle (analysis, design, and execution).
2. Possess technical expertise in troubleshooting applications built in Java, Autosys, and SQL.
3. Have knowledge of incident, problem, and change process handling, along with DevOps practices.
4. Show good documentation skills, including writing RCA reports, SOPs, and developing knowledge bases independently.
5. Experience with monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
