Project Leader
We are seeking an experienced project leader to join our client's team for an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding and sustaining continuous improvement processes and programs in line with company standards at their site in Cork.
* Support business unit leadership teams and functional departments through the development of business process standards.
* Shape and lead site-wide change programs through lean and six sigma methodologies.
* Embed and sustain 'Managing Site Performance' business process standards on site.
* Lead TIPs and mentor initiative leads on company methodology.
* Develop and cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
* Enhance employee involvement and engagement in process improvements.
* Ensure continuous improvement projects are conducted to the highest standards.
* Incorporate different perspectives to generate effective ideas and solutions.
* Act as a role model for making Credo-based decisions.
* Deal with organisational change, this is a stand-alone role within assigned business unit.
* Third-level degree or qualification in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
* 5+ years' experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Certified to black/green belt level or relevant lean or six sigma qualification.
* Proven track record of leading significant projects and/or change initiatives.
* Strong cross-functional business insight and ability to lead delivery of cross-functional projects.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
