MLR is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join the team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Meath.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding guest service.
In this role, you will play a key part in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a consistently high level of service throughout their stay.Acting as a central point of contact for both guests and staff, you will work closely with the senior management team to ensure all departments run smoothly and in line with brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.We're looking for someone with a hands-on attitude, great organisational skills, and a true passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
