We're looking for a Senior .Net Developer with 8+ years' experience in software engineering, ideally in financial services with some Python and AI experince, to join a well established and growing team of high level software engineers.
You will help shape innovative tools that drive smarter investment decisions and operational efficiency across the business, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where technology and finance meet. Join a high-performing technology team within a leading global investment firm, where you'll play a key role in designing and building scalable applications that directly support trading, research, risk, and operational functions.
What You'll Do
* Design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions used across multiple business lines.
* Take ownership of projects through all stages of the software development lifecycle—from requirements and design to implementation and production support.
* Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
* Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable, contributing to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.
* Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis for lasting solutions.
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years' experience in software engineering, ideally in financial services.
* Expert in
C# and the .NET framework

* Proficient in
service-oriented architectures, multi-threading, and event-driven
programming.
* Strong analytical mindset and a comfort working with large data sets.
* Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and UI experience is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Bonus points for experience with
Python, AI / LLMs technologies, or cloud-based platforms
