Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee project delivery on time and within agreed parameters by effectively managing risks, contracts, operations, and communications.
* Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large-scale sites.
* Review high-level deliverables across site and implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology.
* Manage project scope and mitigate risk across projects.
* Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors.
* Ensure all site personnel adhere to the Health & Safety policy and procedures.
* Identify and order required materials in a timely fashion in line with the program.
* Lead performance and budget management, ensuring well-coordinated execution in accordance with the agreed contract program.
* Manage direct labour workforce.
* Work with and manage the site management team.
Requirements
* Degree/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience).
* Significant site management experience on residential projects.
* Background in residential developments essential.
* Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical nature are key.
* The ability to lead, use initiative, and be self-motivated.
