We're seeking an
ambitious Sales Operation Manager to oversee retail operations
across
Waterford, Wexford, and Kilkenny.
In this key role, you will manage multiple stores, support store managers, and ensure operational standards are met. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction and sales growth.

What You'll Do
* Manage a district, overseeing all Store Managers
to ensure operational excellence and team motivation
* Develop, support, and coach Store Managers
to maximize their performance and growth
* Conduct regular store visits with the Sales Executive to monitor operations and implement improvements
* Analyse stock movements
and oversee cash management to ensure efficiency and accuracy
* Oversee store refurbishments, new openings, and re-openings within your district
* Create and execute annual business plans aligned with company objectives
* Plan staffing structures, set KPIs,
and support store strategies for maximum performance
* Participate in Area Manager meetings
, providing insights and supporting regional initiatives
What do I need?
* Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline or
at least 3 years of management experience
* Excellent communication, planning, organisation, and analytical skills
* Full clean driving licence
* Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
* Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Organised, flexible, motivated, and hard-working
* Strong interest in developing a long-term career in retail

* Starting salary of €74,000 for Trainee Area Managers, rising to €84,500–€114,000 within 3 years
