The Role:
I am working a client who is hiring for a Logistics Administrator. In this role you will be assisting on the end to end cargo process.
This is an exciting opportunity to build on prior logistics experience while being offered further training.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the dispatch and return of goods via external partners.
2. Prepare and manage shipping-related documentation.
3. Communicate any updates around estimated delivery or departure times with clients.
4. Handle general enquiries from customers, ensuring timely and professional responses.
5. Input and manage transportation bookings within the internal system.
6. Carry out various support tasks and administrative responsibilities.
Requirements:
7. Prior involvement in logistics, especially across all modes of transport.
8. Strong communication and IT skills.
9. Familiarity with customs procedures and clearance processes.
