Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth business process analysis to uncover inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities.
* Analyse data and prepare insightful reports that support critical decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that innovative solutions align with business needs and strategic objectives.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions, recommending further enhancements for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in data modelling and process mapping.
* Familiarity with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse and Hive.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that will shine in this role
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of industry-specific processes and systems is a plus.
* Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization software.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
* Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) is a bonus
