Requirements: Manage thegeneral ledger, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Prepare and reviewjournals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annualmanagement and statutory accounts. Ensure compliance withIFRS/US GAAPand local statutory requirements. Support the key accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, payroll, treasury, costing, FP&A). Support thestandard costing processesand ensure accurate product costing. Performvariance analysis(material, labour, overheads) and provide commentary. Monitor and reconcileinventory valuationin line with pharmaceutical industry requirements. Assist in the preparation ofbudgets, forecasts, and long-range plans. Deliver monthlymanagement reporting and KPI analysis. Partner with operational teams to providefinancial insight and decision support. Ensure adherence tointernal controls, company policies, and SOX compliance(if applicable). Support preparation for and coordination ofinternal and external audits. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes. Define local finance SOPs in compliance with corporate, Sox and local legal standards. Drive the achievement of consistent high standards through process optimisation, automation and transformation, while enhancing the finance organizations value creation for all stakeholders. Build and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Compliance to all site Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, training and regulations Compliance to all local site company policies, procedures and corporate policies Requirements: Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CPA Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting Minimum37 years post-qualification experiencein finance, preferably withinpharma/biotech or manufacturing. Proven experience acrossthe majority of core accounting functions(GL, AP, AR, payroll, treasury, costing, FP&A). Strong knowledge ofcost accounting and manufacturing finance.
