We are currently recruiting for a seasoned Hospitality Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets. As a successful Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing department heads, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in a hotel environment. You will be expected to:
* Oversee the operation of multiple food and beverage outlets
* Manage department heads and supervise staff
* Maintain high standards of service and quality
* Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
* Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a hotel environment
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of hotel standards of service and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
