HR Generalist Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an HR Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in human resources.
About the Job
This role will involve working closely with our existing team members, carrying out various administrative tasks, including right-to-work checks for new employees, recording staff absences, removing leavers from the system, managing holiday requests and data entry. You will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
* Carrying out thorough right-to-work checks on new employees
* Recording accurate information about employee attendance
* Managing holiday requests and ensuring timely returns to work after leave
* Aiding in other general HR administration duties as needed
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate previous experience in an Administration role. Ideally you'll have proficiency in Microsoft suite products such as Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Access – while confidence using social media platforms would also be beneficial too but isn't essential given how much time spent typing away either emails papers forms documents spreadsheets etcetera throughout day whilst performing duties equally importantly capable self motivated works independently ensures deadlines kept satisfied then tell me everything worked collaboratively environment cohesive productive supportive happy stress free kind respectful transparency trust integrity embrace flexibility adaptability curiosity innovation growth potential unlimited here.
