About the Role
They are looking for a Personal Lines Account Executive and a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team in Thurles. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing personal lines clients, handling renewall.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage 60+ renewals per month by following up with clients and ensuring retention.
2. Assist clients with car, home, and van insurance, providing expert advice and guidance.
3. Support new business generation.
4. Build strong relationships with local clients and provide exceptional customer service.
5. Work closely with Personal Lines Brokers in the team to ensure seamless client support.
6. Process insurance documentation, endorsements, and claims inquiries.
7. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What We're Looking For:
8. Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Broker or Direct Insurer experience).
9. APA qualification is preferred (or almost qualified).
10. Experience with broker systems is an advantage but not required.
11. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
12. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
13. A proactive and organized approach to handling client queries and renewals.
