The role
On-Site Customer Support Coordinator
My client,a leading organisation supporting highly regulated manufacturing environments is looking to hire acustomer support coordinator to join their team. This is a very hadns on role. It is arole that combinescustomer service andinventorymanagement. This role will only suit someonewho has been in a role where they were managing stock or inventory, someone who is highly organised and good with systems.This is a full time pearmanent role, it is full time onsite.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with on-site customers and provide excellent service
Receive, manage, and distribute stock across the site
Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
Monitor inventory levels and perform stock counts
Use warehouse and inventory management systems
Support projects, equipment installations, and site initiatives
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues where appropriate
Requirements
2+ years' experience in a customer support, logistics, warehouse, materialsrole
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computer systems and technology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Full driver's licence and forklift experience advantageous
Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar stock control systems beneficial
