Data Engineer Specialist, Google Trust and Safety

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 3 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages such as SQL and Python.
* 3 years of experience working with data infrastructure and data models through exploratory queries and scripting.
* 3 years of experience designing data pipelines and dimensional data models for synchronous and asynchronous system integration using internal (e.g., Flume) and external stacks (DataFlow, Spark, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
* 3 years of experience partnering with stakeholders (e.g., users, partners, customers) and managing stakeholder relationships.
* 3 years of experience developing project plans and delivering projects on time within scope and budget.
* Experience with Machine Learning workflows in production.
Responsibilities
* Understand business processes, tools, and customer expectations to design and develop scalable data infrastructure supporting reporting needs.
* Design, implement, test, optimize, and troubleshoot analytics and reporting solutions to address business performance challenges and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to ensure data infrastructure and products meet evolving needs.
* Work with analysts to productionize analytics, reporting prototypes, and statistical/machine learning models.
* Own the technical implementation of production data pipelines, documentation, and processes, including design and requirements documentation.
