Job Title: Project Engineer – Contract RoleDepartment: Global Engineering Solutions (GES)A. Role SummaryProvide project engineering services in support of the commissioning and qualification of a sterile manufacturing facility.Act as a representative within the engineering team to deliver integrated project services and ensure project objectives are achieved.Assist in managing cross-functional teams to deliver a portfolio of assigned projects.B. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare project-related deliverables such as schedules, work plans, and equipment cost tracking.Coordinate project activities between stakeholders.Manage installation, start-up, and testing of key equipment systems through Operational Qualification (OQ) completion.Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure systems' readiness for Post-OQ activities (PQ, PPQ).Monitor costs and progress of process suite milestones and provide regular status reports to project management and stakeholders.Support cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholder inputs and requirements are reflected in design deliverables.Liaise with stakeholders, equipment vendors, business partners, and SMEs across sites to support project delivery.C. Education & Experience RequirementsB.Sc., M.Sc., or M.Eng. in Engineering.Minimum of 7-8 years' post-academic experience in aseptic/sterile processing design, commissioning, and start-up environments.Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.D. Additional NotesThis is a contract position, estimated duration approximately 24 months, with an initial 12-month contract.Role is full-time onsite; occasional travel may be required to support vendor reviews.
