Management Opportunity
This is a great chance for an experienced manager to lead a successful team.
The selected candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading daily operations within the venue, working closely with F&B teams
* Managing all aspects of staff supervision, including coordination of daily operational plans, training, development, rostering, and motivating the team to achieve common goals
* Overseeing service delivery across all areas of the business
* Coordinating systems for stock management, cost control, and supplier relationships
* Ensuring customers receive excellent service and continuously improving it
* Continuing to ensure high standards of compliance within Health and Safety regulations
Requirements include:
* Previous experience in managing or supervising hospitality venues
* Knowledge of Irish food and alcohol laws
* HACCP certification
* First Aid Certification desirable, however training can be provided
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and a good understanding of computerized management systems
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
