Job Title: Nights Duty Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and coaching the team, ensuring high standards are maintained and supporting them when needed.
* Responsible for the overall nightly running of the hotel to meet four-star standards.
* Ensure control procedures and systems are improved and maintained throughout the hotel.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a natural leader and possess very high standards and attention to detail.
Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. To manage the night-time operations of the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets.
2. To oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel premises.
Requirements
* Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
