About The Role
Job Purpose: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check-in, check-out, reservations.
You will have intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent service, build strong relationships with guests
* Anticipate and exceed guest expectations ensuring an efficient reception experience including check-in/out
* Take ownership of guest issues taking action to resolve them immediately. Ensure complete audit procedures as required. Take initiative under pressure in a fast-paced environment working on rotating shifts including weekends.
