About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic BDR to accelerate our growth and help us expand our customer base. This is the ideal role for an enthusiastic go‑getter who wants to build a career in tech sales.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and engage high‑potential customers: research and prospect potential clients to contribute to growing revenue.
* Drive innovative outreach: develop, launch, and test outbound campaigns, leveraging tools like HubSpot and personalized video messaging.
* Nurture leads: build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
* Collaborate with Account Executives: support demos, sales calls, and the overall sales cycle to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Utilize social networks: tap into LinkedIn and other platforms to uncover new opportunities and strengthen connections.
* Impact our future: work closely with senior leadership to refine and execute our sales strategy.
Who You Are
* 1 to 2 years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
* Experience in a primarily outbound lead generation role.
* Thrives on pushing boundaries and creating innovative outreach methods.
* Excels in researching and personalizing outreach, ensuring each lead feels valued and understood.
* Has a track record of success, consistently exceeding targets.
* Is adaptable, self‑motivated, and ready to thrive in a high‑growth start‑up environment.
* Communicates clearly, with strong written and verbal skills.
* Has resilience, a positive attitude, and enjoys working with people.
