Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Dublin. This role focuses on driving process improvement, centralising financial activities, and enhancing financial reporting across multiple entities.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with group timelines.
* They will support statutory and regulatory compliance requirements across FMCG entities.
* This role also involves leading initiatives in process improvement, standardisation, and centralisation.
* Additionally, the candidate will partner with international teams to deliver finance transformation and reporting projects.
* Leveraging Excel, ERP, SQL, and BI tools, they will provide actionable financial insights.
* The Financial Analyst will identify automation opportunities and streamline reporting workflows.
* They will maintain robust internal controls and support audit readiness.
* The role also involves providing accounting support across centralised functions including reconciliations and financial analysis.
Requirements
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 03 years PQE is required.
* Strong data and analytical skills; advanced Excel essential, SQL and Tableau (or other BI tools) highly desirable.
* Previous experience in FMCG, multinational, or shared services environments is advantageous.
* A process-focused mindset with proven experience in process or systems improvement is necessary.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders are required.
* The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced FMCG setting.
