IT Recruitment Consultant (Perm desk)
We are currently hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join our IT recruitment team where you will be working on perm roles.
This opportunity is based within the Sigmar Recruitment office and you will be recruiting within the Software Engineering vertical (Software Development/Dev Ops) Sigmar Recruitment, established in 2002, is a leading Irish recruitment services company comprised of 14 specialist divisions covering the entire recruitment process and managed service spectrum.

Key Duties:
* End to end management of the recruitment processes for roles within the IT industry
* Consulting with all levels of candidates across the industry as to relevant job opportunities
* Relationship and account management
* Business development
* Candidate sourcing
* Candidate screening and support
* Achieving core KPIs and sales targets
* Expanding your product knowledge and network in the industry
Requirements:
* 2 years experience in recruitment on a 360 desk
* Adept communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid business acumen with entrepreneurial flair
