Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to assist our team with registration applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the processing and administration of registration documents.
* Assist registrants and applicants with the online registration system, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
* Provide first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally.
* Filing of hard copy registration forms, including fee-related documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 2-3 years of professional work experience in a related administrative role.
* High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook) with at least intermediate level in Excel, ensuring efficient document management and data analysis.
