Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally.
* Filing of hard copy registration forms, including fee-related documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-3 years of professional work experience in a related administrative role.
* High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook) with at least intermediate level in Excel, ensuring efficient document management and data analysis.
