Head Of Operational Risk
The Head of Operational Risk oversees the development and implementation of a risk management framework across the organization.
This role ensures that operational risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated in alignment with the company's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain the Group-wide operational risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and governance structures.
* Lead risk assessments across business units, including outsourcing, IT, compliance, HR, and business continuity domains.
* Oversee operational risk reporting to Boards, Risk Committees, and regulators.
* Ensure timely escalation of incidents and emerging risks.
